I love schoonys!!! We go there all the time for ice cream. The service is great, fun atmosphere. And the sell growlers of Shells 1919 root beer. Definitely stop in at schoonys next time you are in Taylors Falls.

Pizza by the slice, hot dogs, malts and shakes, so many ice cream flavors, draft root beer and more. All inside a neat old converted general store. This place just feels good. A warm open space with cool decorations and very friendly staff. I think the poor reviews of this place where expecting a sit down service restaurant which is understandable because it is a large building. But don't shy away because it is a little different. This place is great at what it is. A reasonably priced cozy place to grab a slice, malt, or ice cream.
